PACA's Thrust Guard Series vests are constructed of HTS Cobalt Alloy, Kevlar® and open cell high recovery foam, which enable these truly unique vests to absorb blunt trauma and provide complete protection to the officer. All Thrust Guard vests are certified to meet California Ice Pick Standard 8470-0BS-001 and NIJ Standard 0115.00 (see table below).
